• Eligibility for Returns:
• Pieces must be unworn, intact with all tags and labels in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Request Process:
• Customers should send the return request to contact@houseofchauhan.com.

• Refunds and Exchanges:
• Refunds are provided only for the product, not for shipping charges.
• Requests for refund/exchange must be made within 2 days of delivery and returned within 7 days of the confirmation of the request.

• Quality Check:
• All returns/exchanges are subject to a quality check at our end.

• Reasons for Replacement/Exchange:
• Items are replaced/exchanged if they are defective, damaged from our end, there is a size issue, or if the received product is different from the one ordered.

• Product Characteristics:
• Handcrafted products may have small irregularities due to the handwoven, hand-stitched, and hand-dyed process.
• Products will not be returned or exchanged due to these irregularities.
